ECNX Payment Policy
This Payment Policy describes how ECNX Patient Encounters (“ECNX”, “we”, “us” or “our”) handles subscription billing, payments, renewals, cancellations and refunds for the ECNX ™ suite of applications. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
1. Subscription Plans and Billing
Access to paid features of the ECNX ™ platform is provided under subscription plans billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select. Applicable fees, billing frequency and included features are presented to you at the time of purchase. All fees are stated in US dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which will be added where required by law.
2. Payment Processing
Payments are handled by secure third-party payment processors. Your payment details are transmitted directly to the processor over an encrypted connection; ECNX does not store your full card details on our servers. By providing a payment method you authorize us and our processors to charge the applicable fees to that payment method.
3. Renewals and Cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support@ecnx.org. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until that date.
4. Refunds
Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods. If you believe you have been billed in error, contact us at support@ecnx.org within 30 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith.
5. Failed Payments
If a payment cannot be processed, we will notify you and retry the charge. If payment remains outstanding after a reasonable number of attempts, we may suspend or downgrade your access to paid features until your account is brought current. You remain responsible for any unpaid amounts.
6. Price Changes
We may change subscription prices from time to time. Price changes will not affect your current billing period; we will give you advance notice before any new price takes effect at your next renewal. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before it takes effect.
7. Invoices and Receipts
A receipt is issued for every successful payment and sent to the email address associated with your account. Invoices and billing history are also available from your account settings. Contact us if you require additional billing documentation.
8. Billing Questions
For any questions about billing, payments or this Payment Policy, contact our billing team at support@ecnx.org or write to ECNX Patient Encounters, 2505 West Fulton Street Seattle, WA 98109-1080 USA.
